I really wanted this to help, but i’m still waking up stuffy most nights. I kept thinking, why does getting decent sleep have to be so complicated? It just didn’t make much of a difference for me.

Getting this set up was way more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept having to stop and double-check things just to make sure I wasn’t missing a step. It also had me wondering if there were going to be extra fees or some kind of add-on charge hiding somewhere, because the whole process felt more complicated than it needed to be. Definitely not an easy setup...

I got the Jaspr because my gut told me it might finally make a difference with all the dander from my dog. It looks nice and I could tell it was moving air, but after using it for a while, I just didn’t get that “oh wow, this is better” feeling. I was still sneezing, and I still noticed dust settling on things.

For what it costs, I expected more. Maybe it’s better for odors or other stuff in the air, but for pet dander, it didn’t really convince me. It wasn’t completely useless, but based on how it felt in my home day to day, I wouldn’t say it was worth it for me.

The filter got used up way faster than I thought it would. I put it in and expected it to last a decent while, but it was done quickly, which was annoying. For the price, I was hoping for better. I even noticed it while making coffee one morning, so it was kind of a frustrating little surprise.

I picked up the Jaspr thinking it would be one of those things I could just turn on every day and not really think about, but it’s been a little more frustrating than that. The controls aren’t super intuitive to me, and I keep stopping like wait, did I set that right, and then I’m double-checking stuff I feel like should be obvious.
It definitely works, so I’m not saying it’s useless or anything, but for what it costs, I expected the whole routine to feel smoother. Maybe I’ll get used to it, but right now it’s just not as easy for everyday use as I was hoping.

The product itself seems fine so far, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up all beat up, and the stuff inside felt really cheap. For the price, it’s kind of ridiculous that it wasn’t packed more securely. Thankfully nothing was broken, but it definitely didn’t make me feel great about how it was shipped

I got this hoping it would cover my whole open living room, but that hasn’t really been the case. It works fine when I’m close to it, but once I move farther away, the coverage drops off quickly. I ended up trying it in a few different spots around the room just to get decent results. It’s okay, but not quite what I needed for a larger open space.

I had what I thought was a simple question about my order, but getting a response took way longer than I expected. I sent a couple emails and just sat there waiting with no real update, which was frustrating. When they finally did reply, it felt like they hadn’t really read my message. The product might be okay, but I regret ordering without checking more about their customer service first. If you need help quickly, this probably isn’t going to be a great experience.

I really wanted to like this, but the display is just not easy to live with. Unless you’re standing right in front of it, it’s hard to read, and at night it gets way brighter than it needs to be.
The controls don’t help either. The buttons and menus feel confusing, and I found myself fiddling with it way too much just to change basic settings. I don’t think it’s asking too much for something to be clear and simple to use.

For the price, I expected a more thoughtful design. It may technically work fine, but day to day it’s annoying, and customers deserve better than having to fight with a product for normal use

I got the Jaspr for our living room because the dust was starting to make me crazy. I wasn’t totally sure if I’d notice a difference, and part of me kept wondering if I was just imagining it, but after a couple weeks the shelves definitely don’t seem to get dusty as fast. My nose feels better too, which I guess could be a coincidence, but I don’t think it is. It’s not some magic fix or anything, I still have to clean, but it does seem to help. I’d give it 4 stars.

I bought this thinking it would do a better job in my apartment, but I’m not sure if I made the right call. The fan speeds feel kind of all over the place. Low barely seems to move any air, but once you turn it up, it gets loud quickly. Auto mode is what really throws me off, it keeps speeding up and slowing down for reasons I can’t figure out. Maybe I’m being picky, but for the price, I thought it would feel a lot smoother and more consistent.

I had to send one back, the warranty process went smoothly. They helped me out fast enough and got it handled without much hassle

I’ve been really happy with the size of my jaspr so far. It’s definitely not tiny, but it also doesn’t feel bulky or awkward, which makes it easy for me to move from the bedroom to the living room when I want to use it in a different space.
It fits nicely in corners and doesn’t make the room feel crowded. I could see this mattering less if you plan to keep it in one spot all the time, but for me, being able to move it around the house is a big plus.

I really wanted to like this, but the sensor readings just don’t feel that reliable. One minute it says the air is perfectly fine, then a few minutes later it says it’s bad, even though nothing in the room has changed. For what it costs, I expected the accuracy to be a lot better. The app itself is okay, but I also got annoyed having to go through verification more than once. At this point, I just don’t fully trust the numbers it’s showing me.

The air definitely feels cleaner, and it’s really quiet when it’s running. Huge plus. The only thing is staying on top of the filter cleaning and replacements. Not difficult or anything, just one more thing to remember. I forgot once already. Still happy with it overall.

I did notice a small difference, so I don’t want to say it did absolutely nothing. I’m maybe sneezing a bit less than before, which is nice, but my allergies are still very much there. My nose is still irritated, my eyes still get itchy, and I’m still dealing with that overall allergy feeling most of the day. So basically, it helped a bit, but not enough for me to feel like it really solved the problem

The unit does its job and I haven’t had any major issues with it, but I was hoping it would be a little more energy efficient for the price. I didn’t notice much of a difference in my power bill, and it seems to run a bit harder than I expected. It’s not a bad product by any means, just a little underwhelming for everyday use.

I picked up the Jaspr because my old air purifier just wasn’t doing much for the dust or the cooking smells in my place. After using this one for a bit, I can definitely tell it has more power. When I turn it on, the room starts feeling fresher quickly, especially after cooking.

The only downside for me is that the higher setting is louder than I’d like, so I usually avoid using it at night. During the day it doesn’t bother me as much, and overall I’m happy with how well it cleans the air.

Ordering was easy enough, but the delivery took way longer than it was supposed to. I kept checking the tracking, and it didn’t update for days, which was frustrating. My sister had asked if it had arrived yet because we were waiting on it, but the box ended up showing up late. The product was fine, but the shipping experience wasn’t great

I really wanted to like this, and maybe I’m just being picky because I’m such a light sleeper, but it’s too loud for me at night. On the higher settings it sounds like a small fan running in the room, and even the lower speed still bothered me enough that I couldn’t fully relax. I know some people might not mind it, and maybe my room is just too quiet otherwise, but for the price I expected it to run a lot more quietly. I ended up turning it off most nights
